Questions folks ask

How far in advance should I book?

Give us about three weeks for a smaller event, so we can plan your menu and shop fresh. For a large event, book a month ahead. Holidays fill up first, so call as early as you can.

What areas do you serve?

We cater in Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick. Those three cities are our service area.

How many people does a pan feed?

A half pan feeds about 25 people, and a whole pan feeds about 75. Entrées are priced per plate, and we'll help you size everything to your headcount.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. We ask for 50% up front, about two weeks before your date, to hold it and start planning. That deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due on or before the event.

Do you provide servers, setup, and cleanup?

We can. Servers run $150 each to set up and serve, and we'll recommend how many once we know your headcount. Cleanup covers clearing plates after dinner.

Can you handle allergies or dietary needs?

Let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please note our kitchen is not allergen-free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, Cash App, and Visa.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours before your event and the balance is refundable. The 50% deposit is not. See our Refund Policy for the details.

How do I get a quote?

Send us an email or give us a call, and we'll get your quote created. Tell us the date, how many you're feeding, and what sounds good. We usually reply the same day.
